Documentation before Examination:

  1. General practioner journals(since last medical examination or all when new applicant)
  2. Journals from the hospital if have any(Not always stated on the ejournal / sundhedsjournalen).
  3. Bring MitID access media for futher login at sundhed.dk
  4. Medical Certificate(If not brought new medical certificate can not be issued).
  5. Spectacle data(Brillerecept) from optician if have any.
  6. IMPORTANT!!! When you are booked You have accepted that DK/AME/80 are able to look up data on Sundhed.dk & FMK.

If you need a risk assessment to get you cleared to fly according to health insurrance or airline company, you'll need to get a risk assessment and documentation(Fitness to Fly). You'll find this here. Questions see below.

Hvis du har brug for en specifik risikovurdering(Lægeattest / Fit to Fly) i forhold til en flyrejse som dit forsikringsselskab eller flyselskab du skal flyve med, kræver dokumentation/attestation. Dette kunne være grundet sygdom hvor der en risikovurdering er påkrævet. Det kan også være information om hvordan din sygdom(me) påvirker dig under og efter flyvning.

I'm a medical doctor with specialization in Generel medicine. Graduated from Copenhagen University(Panum) in 2013. Became a aeromedical examiner(AME) in 2023. Currently aeromedical examiner at the Aeromedical Clinic Vandel near Billund Airport w/Georg Aagaard location stated below. Besides this a doctor at Grejs Lægehus and doctor-on-call from OUH Emergency department in the region of Southern Denmark. DC-MD Aeromedical stands for Doctors Clinic - Medical Doctor in Aeromedicine.
